Description1. This fermentation process is mainly designed for processing sludge from paper mill, residua from furfural factory, manure from breeding field and thickened sludge from municipal sewage disposal works.
2. After adding bacteria and auxiliary materials according to characteristics of various organic materials, our fermentation equipment sets can help to kill harmful bacteria in the materials, evaporate the moisture by means of aerobic fermentation, as well as decompose fiber materials.
3. Fermented materials will be pulverized below 1 mm through special pulverizer, and then these pulverized materials can either be used as raw materials of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer, or be sold as powdery organic fertilizer.
